Eyemouth Streetfood event

Great 2 days at Eyemouth Streetfood event where pupils from Eyemouth Primary School attended and were given demonstrations on healthy eating. We gave every class ‘healthy’ wedges made with Desiree potatoes and coated with a small amount of Olive Oil, flavoured with garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin & coriander. The wedges were very popular amongst the parents and children with some going home to make them for tea! We talked to over 300 people over the 2 days and all of them tasted our healthy wedges. Although they all enjoyed the whole experience and it was amazing how many of them tried and enjoyed some new foods.
